Starting off with something I loved to eat while growing up. The Vietnamese Banh Mi was a must in my family, whether it was with chicken, grilled pork, or (my favorite) head cheese. The combination of the aioli, pickled carrots and daikon, cucumber, and cilantro made it the perfect sandwich. Very filling and, most of all, VERY tasty.

A photo of the Vietnamese Banh Mi Saigon variation. Basically contained grilled marinated pork, aioli, pickled carrots and daikon, cucumber, cilantro, and chile peppers for a touch of heat.
